Diaphragm Spring Hot Coining: Formed by high-precision hot coining, the diaphragm spring's clamping and release force remain stable within 10% after 3 million durability cycles, meeting strict design specs.
Elastic Support Ring: This design eliminates wear clearance between diaphragm spring and fulcrum, extending clutch life. It stabilizes release characteristics, aiding precise calibration and regulation of the AMT system for improved shift smoothness.
Release Force Curve Design: Optimized for AMT cover release, focusing on stiffness ≤ 100 N/mm and variation < 12%. Ensures high stability and improved AMT shift quality and reliability.
