Testing Standards Results:

• 🔹1. Overspeed test: Continuously accelerating to 8000 RPM at 250°C for 5 minutes; no cracks or damage.
• 🔹2. Fatigue test: Maximum torque remains ≥75% of primary data after 3.5X 106 recycles.
• 🔹3. Temperature increase test: Average temperature increase less than 10°C after 10 starts.
• 🔹4. Dynamic friction torque test: Not less than 0.3NM/CM2 at 250°C.
• 🔹5. Wearing rate test: Wear rate not over 0.65mm after 1X104 cycles at 1500 RPM.
